FAQ

Our delivery times to Europe and the United States are 4 to 15 working days, not counting the 2 working days to properly prepare your order.
A few days after your order, you will receive a tracking number to track your package in real time.
This is valid for all products available in our shop. Also note that we deliver absolutely EVERYWHERE in the world.

Currently, you can only pay by credit card or PayPal on our store. We do not accept bank checks, bank transfers or cash on delivery.

If you ordered more than 2 items, your order was shipped in 2 separate packages.

We only give you the tracking number for one package, but don’t worry, the second package with the rest of your items will arrive.

When ordering on Drainaboost.com, you will receive a first order confirmation email, containing your delivery details and the products ordered.

After a few days you will receive a second order dispatch email “Your order on Drainaboost.com is now complete”

This email contains the tracking link for your package, you must click on “Track your order”

At first this tracking link says “tracking number not found”. Do not panic! After a few days, the tracking status is updated, and indicates the progress of the transport of your package.

Please note that delivery takes 15-30 business days.

On the 17track.net tracking site, you can see the delivery status of your package.

If the tracking status has not been updated for a long time (> 10 days), don’t worry, your package is still in transit but there is a processing delay at the airport.

If your package has arrived in your country but has not moved for more than 20 days, it is possible that it has been seized by customs…

In this case, please contact us so that we can find a solution.

If you have not received your order confirmation email, this means either:

you entered the wrong email address when ordering
The email is in your SPAM folder
